CQ Shopfront was a 2-year project that built the business capacity of Central Queensland artists and makers and assisted in finding pathways to product development. The Ideas Distillery played the project development and project management role, building the concept for the project over several years before it was funded.

 

It was delivered with the support of 17 project partners across 7 local government regions with 527 participants growing their arts practices, businesses and product opportunities.

Out of this project, the Makers' Shopfront program was born that ran from 2021 - 2023 providing mentoring and business development through an online course, workshops and webinars.
